"night boat to cairo" by madness is featured on just dance 3. the routine features three mummies and a camel. the first mummy is yellow, the second is pink, and the third is green. the camel is dark orange. each dancer (even p4) comes out of a tomb that matches their body color..
The night boat is a mixture of dream and nightmare. a dream in that the location, the colors, the language are idyllic; nightmarish because the night boat invades the dream and destroys it. i took scuba-diving lessons in researching the night boat, but i wasn't able to afford a trip to the caribbean. it amazes me still that a review i got for. "night boat" possibly refers to a ferry crossing from ireland to uk at night. the girl who is pregnant could be taking a ferry to the uk to get an abortion, which she can't get in ireland. (i assume the context is ireland before abortion became legal there).. The original american release included the "night version" of "planet earth" instead of the original, even if it is not listed as such. "to the shore" was dropped from the us track listing to accommodate the-now increased length of "planet earth". earlier alternate titles for "anyone out there" and "night boat" are used. us 1983 capitol re-issue.
